  • Pricing depends on the square footage, the condition of your concrete (cracks/pitting), and the system you choose. Generally, a standard garage ranges from $6 to $9 per sq. ft. We provide free, on-site estimates to give you an exact price with no hidden fees.

  • Yes! We offer a Lifetime Warranty on residential floor coatings against peeling, delamination, and yellowing. Our commercial projects typically come with a 5-10 year warranty depending on the traffic levels and environment.

  • Absolutely. Precision Pros Epoxy carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are happy to provide proof of insurance prior to starting any project to give you complete peace of mind.

  • We proudly serve the entire greater San Antonio area, including New Braunfels, San Marcos, Bulverde, Seguin, Castroville, Floresville, and surrounding suburbs. If you are slightly outside this range, contact us—we may still be able to help.

Installation & Process

  • For most residential garages (up to 3 cars), we can complete the installation in just 2 days. You can walk on the floor in 8-12 hours and drive on it in 24 hours. Larger commercial projects may take 3-4 days depending on complexity.

  • No. We use industrial planetary grinders connected to powerful HEPA vacuum systems. This captures 99% of the concrete dust instantly, ensuring your home or business stays clean throughout the process.

  • We ask that you clear the floor completely of all items. If you have heavy appliances or items you cannot move, let us know during the estimate—we can often arrange to help move them for a small fee.

  • Our polyurea and polyaspartic products are low-VOC and have minimal odor compared to traditional solvents. Any slight odor usually dissipates within a few hours of completion. It is safe for indoor use.

Product & Safety

  • Standard epoxy can be slippery when wet. However, our Flake System includes a textured finish that provides excellent grip. For pool decks and commercial kitchens, we can add specialized anti-slip aggregates to meet strict safety requirements.

  • Yes. Once fully cured, our floors are non-toxic, VOC-free, and safe for indoor environments. They are also hygienic and easy to clean, resisting mold and bacteria growth, which is great for families.

  • Standard epoxy is rigid and cures slowly. Polyaspartic is a newer technology that cures much faster (1 day return to service), is more flexible (won't crack easily), and is UV stable. We often use polyurea/polyaspartic for the entire system for maximum durability.

  • No. "Hot tire pickup" happens when hot tires soften cheap epoxy and peel it up. Our industrial-grade system is chemically resistant to heat and plasticizer migration, guaranteeing it will not peel under your vehicle.
