WHY PRECISION PROS FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
As a Texas business owner, your floor is more than just a surface; it’s a part of your operation. A stained or dusty concrete floor can compromise safety and hurt your professional image.
Our commercial concrete coating installations is a process built on efficiency. We know that downtime costs you money. That’s why we use fast-curing polyurea systems for minimal disruption. Our surface preparation process includes diamond grinding and concrete repair. You get a floor that won’t peel, chip, or fail under the stress of commercial use.

Polished conrete
Polished concrete flooring is a modern, long-lasting flooring solution created by mechanically grinding, honing, and polishing a concrete surface to achieve a smooth, glossy, or matte finish. The process densifies the concrete, increasing its strength and durability while producing a sleek, seamless appearance. Polished concrete floors are low-maintenance, environmentally friendly, and highly resistant to wear.
Polished concrete flooring provides a balance of strength, sustainability, and timeless design, making it an ideal choice for spaces that demand durability with a modern, minimalist appearance.

GRIND AND SEAL
Grind and seal concrete is a cost-effective concrete flooring system that involves mechanically grinding the surface of the concrete to achieve the desired level of smoothness, then sealing it with a protective topical sealer. Unlike full polished concrete, this process stops after initial grinding and sealing, providing a clean, natural concrete appearance with light sheen and surface protection.
The sealer enhances stain resistance, reduces dusting, and improves ease of maintenance while preserving the raw, industrial look of the concrete. Grind and seal floors can be finished in matte, satin, or gloss depending on the sealer used.
Grind and seal concrete provides a balance of affordability, durability, and modern style, making it an ideal solution for light to medium traffic environments where a natural concrete finish is preferred.

urethane
Urethane coated concrete is a high-performance flooring system that involves applying a polyurethane (urethane) coating over prepared concrete surfaces. This coating forms a tough, seamless, and flexible protective layer that enhances the concrete’s resistance to abrasion, chemicals, moisture, and UV exposure. Unlike some rigid coatings, urethane remains slightly flexible, allowing it to handle thermal movement and temperature changes without cracking or peeling.
Urethane coated concrete provides a balance of flexibility, durability, and protection, making it an ideal solution for demanding commercial and industrial environments.
